Process Serving and Subpoena Service fee rates are per address, per subject named. For 2 subjectss at same address, the second service will be discounted by 20%. Pre-payment is required before any and all services are activated (with exception to volume and/or repeat clients who have established accounts and are billed per invoice).
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
Routine Service in Babylon START as low as $50.00.00
Routine service includes 3 attempts and attempts are performed within one week to ten days from the day we receive your paperwork and payment.
After service is complete, we will email and mail an original proof of service to you which you MUST file with the court.
Difficult/High Risk Service Fees in Babylon start at $150.00
We place a higher fee value for what we charge for services if the address or location where you need service is situated in a remote or urban area. Excessive mileage and the terrain dictate what the actual fee for services will be.
Rush Service Fees (Starting at additional $75.00)
Rush services are expedited promptly. Rush services usually take place within a couple days.
Same day rush service is available if received by 12:00pm (EST) and is within our routine service area of 20 miles from the zip code you provide. For remote areas outside a twenty miles radius, please call for quote and availability.
Stake-Out Service (Starting at $75.00 per hour with 3 hour minimum)
Wait Time at a courthouse (Starting at $50.00 per 30 minutes)
Late Night/Early Morning Service (Starting at additional $50.00); for service between 12am -7am
